Victoria is a Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor specialising in property development. She has over 25 years’ experience working on projects in the UK and Jersey and has worked for both public and private clients including the ‘affordable housing’ sector. She provides strategic and real estate consultancy, development feasibility and option appraisal assessments. Victoria also contributes towards Environmental Impact Assessment and Sustainability Appraisals.
