Colin is a Chartered Landscape Architect specialising in landscape planning, bringing over 30 year’s experience of working on projects of all types and sizes, delivering personal, pragmatic and constructive advice and expertise. Key areas of work include initial early stage assessments to help inform development; landscape and visual impact assessments (LVIA); landscape design to help support planning applications; and landscape management plans.
Colin is a member of the Design Review Panel and Chair of the Landscape Institutes Apprenticeship Trailblazer.
Outside landscape work Colin is a recognised expert in Arts and Crafts Movement metalwork and modern design and has had several books and numerous magazine articles published and is often called upon by auction houses to provide advice and opinions.
