Coordination and preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment, providing planning advice and negotiating Planning Obligation Agreement to support a successful submission to secure planning permission for 200 dwellings on a redundant glasshouse site. Assessment of this scheme required the consideration of a number of key environmental aspects – transport, drainage, archaeology. Stephanie prepared a Landscape and Visual Appraisal and Construction and Environmental Plan to support the application.
